We aim to introduce you to the beginning stages with the fundamentals, techniques and the skills we have learnt over the years preparing desserts.  
Learn how pastry should be prepared, understand how ingredients synergizes to create beautiful elegant desserts. You will learn how to break down simple baking and dessert recipes.
