Orders place via online and phone must be retrieved within 30 minutes.  We will make every effort to ensure that your order is ready within 15 minutes, or by the “Pick-up Time” indicated on your confirmation e-mail or text.  Staffing is limited and your patience is much appreciated, therefore it is important to pick up your order within a timely manner to maintain its freshness.
